My husband and I started working with Mary in Nov 2015, when we were in the process of house hunting. Because we did not live in the area yet, Mary was able to email us a listing of houses that met our requests. She also recommended areas/neighborhoods that were better suited for our lifestyle. As a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous. Mary was with me every step of the way. She made the entire process easy and stress free. I highly recommend her for buying or selling a home. You will not be disappointed.

I originally started my home buying process with a networking agency through my bank. After going thru 3 or 4 agents in a week and a half and receiving a total of about 10 listings combined. I confided in a friend who referred me to Mary. As soon as my email for help was sent Mary replied shortly after and then we spoke on the phone. I was working with a very tight time restraint of less than two months to have the entire process completed. Mary sent me numerous listings the same night and even reviewed a few homes that I found on my own. I had a trip planned to begin my house hunting a week after I spoke to Mary and she was able to work with my short notice. My trip was only going to last three days and I was determined to leave with a house that I loved. During my visit Mary showed me over 30 houses within my three day time span. After unfortunately not being able to put an offer before I left Mary promised me she would find me a home. I returned home confident that Mary would take care of me. About a week after my return Mary found a home she knew would be perfect for me. We did a walk through via Face Time and I loved it. Being a first time home buyer was a little intimidating in not knowing everything about the process and not wanting be taken advantage of. Mary answered every question and walked me through each process step by step and was always available. The process could not have gone any smoother. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a home to Mary, she is exceptional at what she does and will not stop until her customers are 100% satisfied.
